Family Strengthening
We believe that children belong in families.
At Project RED, our goal is to help families thrive. That is why we do everything we can to strengthen family capacity and ensure children grow up in safe and loving homes.
We receive case referrals from our government partners, including children’s judges and child welfare institutions. Our team of social workers and psychologists carefully assesses each family’s unique situation and needs, developing a personalized plan with clear goals and strategies. These plans are implemented over the course of one to four years, providing families with the long-term support they need to create stability and lasting change.
Holistic, Trauma-Informed Care
At Project RED, we employ trauma-informed approaches to ensure that our interventions are both effective and sensitive to the complex needs of the families we serve. Our team of skilled practitioners walks alongside families, equipping them with the necessary tools and resources to break cycles of poverty and achieve long-term self-sufficiency.
