Our Mission

Project RED is a community. We bridge gaps for children and bring hope to families through Reintegration, Education and Development.

Our Vision

A safe and permanent home for every child we serve.

Our Values

“It all started with a calling…”

“I was fourteen years old when I boarded that plane, not knowing how much my life was about to change. From the moment I landed in El Salvador, I knew I was in the right place. I knew I would be back to stay because this was where God had called me to serve.

Ten years later, I moved to El Salvador, full of hope but with no resources, no real plan, just a calling. Project RED began as nothing more than an idea. Over time, it grew and evolved organically, shaped by the needs of the children and families we serve. Today, it is a solid model of intervention. The “Modelo RED” has deeply impacted and even saved lives over the years. It is led by an incredible team of Salvadoran professionals who share this calling and pour their hearts into this work every day.

Starting the organization was not the hard part. The real challenge has been staying with it through the years—through difficulties, dark moments, and discouragement. There have been times when the weight of it all felt unbearable. But the biggest accomplishment has not been simply building something; it has been choosing to keep going, to keep believing, and to keep fighting for these children, no matter what. God has been so faithful.

To those who have walked this journey with me, thank you. Your support has been so much more than donations. Your relationships, rooted in Jesus, have been a lifeline. They have kept me grounded and have given me the strength to continue when the road has felt too difficult. Because of you, we can keep showing up for these precious children in need.

This is Project RED. This is what it means to answer the call..”
