It’s RED Camp time already! While most of us are trying to stay warm and starting our Christmas shopping, our kids at Project RED are wrapping up their final exams and counting down the days until RED Camp — one of the most anticipated moments of the year!
Over the next couple of weeks, our team will host camps filled with adventure and connection. The kids will hike a volcano, splash at a water park, serve food to vulnerable families in a mountain village, celebrate a quinceañera fiesta, enjoy hot dogs and s’mores by the campfire, play games, and learn about Jesus and His incredible love for them.
Please pray for their hearts as they prepare for this special time — and for our staff, that they would be the hands and feet of Jesus (and have plenty of energy for that volcano hike!).
This fall has felt a little different without A Night of RED—that special gala evening when we gather to share stories, laughter, and see what God is doing through this community.
We missed that time together, and we also missed many of the gifts that usually come through it. To those who responded to my note a few weeks ago—thank you! Your messages and generosity meant so much to me and to our team. I loved reading every one of them. What a special community this is.
If you usually give during A Night of RED and haven’t had the chance this year, would you consider doing so today? So far, we’ve met about 44% of our goal, and there’s still time to get there!
Your gift helps us finish the year strong, instead of having to make more budget cuts–as we continue to show up for the children and families who depend on Project RED.
